Returns

It's Important to us at The Charm Box and MiMi Essentials Jewellery that our product and customer satisfaction meet 100% perfect expectations. however, if something isn’t quite 'right', then we’re here to help!

You have 28 days from the registered delivery date to return your product, which gives you time to return or exchange your items. We hope you can understand that personalised products and earrings are not able to be refunded or exchanged, unless damaged pre delivery or faulty, however, if you have any queries regarding your products, please get in touch with our customer service department who will be able to assist your further.

A few more conditions to be aware of when returning an item:
- All products must be in their original condition, with all main packaging retained.
- We do not accept returns on personalised items (unless faulty).
- We cannot accept returns on earrings or items used in piercings (unless faulty).
- We cannot refund gift boxes or gift cards.
- Returns are processed within 10 working days from the date the return is received. Please note, it can sometimes take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account.

- Buyers are responsible for the cost of returns, we advise you use a tracked service as without proof of returns and non receipt of item we cannot honour a return. If the item is faulty or damaged on receipt we well refund the full cost of the faulty item and postage to the value of our standard tracked postage costs and with proof of postage supplied.

How to return an item:

​

To return your order please:
1. Re-package all the item(s) you are returning along with a note stating your order number, name and address.
2. Take your item to the local post office (We advise you use Royal Mail second class tracked) and ask for proof of postage.

3. Email us at contact@thecharmbox.co.uk or contact@mimiessentialsjewellery.co.uk and tell us why you want to return your order and provide a copy of your proof of postage. 
*Make sure you keep your proof of postage and keep an eye out for our emails, we will keep you up to date on the process of your return.

**Please remember that: general wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care, watch battery depletion or damage caused by incorrect usage or accidental damage, scratches, broken glass or chips, damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party, lost or stolen goods or parts.
