The Contract Between Us:

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with The Charm Box and MiMi Essentials Jewellery. The Charm Box and MiMi Essentials Jewellery must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order (unless a deposit has explicitly been paid) before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received by The Charm Box or MiMi Essentials Jewellery will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

We are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail to inform you of a cancellation of those items from your order.

All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.

The Charm Box and MiMi Essentials Jewellery takes reasonable responsibility to ensure that your payment is secure. We do this via secure payment pages via Wix and our third party providers.

Availability of Goods You Order:

If The Charm Box/www.thecharmbox.co.uk or MiMi Essentials Jewellery/mimiessentialsjewellery.co.uk has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by us from your chosen payment method will be re-credited to your account. The Charm Box and MiMi Essentials Jewellery will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. The Charm Box and MiMi Essentials Jewellery will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

Cancellation:​

Once your order has been placed, You have the right to cancel your order inline with the 14 day 'cooling-off' period within the CCR guidelines (Cancellations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations – online purchases only) this period starts on the day after you received your order. The order/ items must be returned within 28 days from the day after the date of ddelivery. 

You are unable to cancel the item if you have already received a dispatch notice and will need to refer to our returns policies also inline with the CCR guideline (Cancellations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations – online purchases only) we can not make any changes to your order once it has been dispatched, Please refer to our returns policy for details on returning your order. The Charm Box and MiMi Essentials Jewellery reserves the right to cancel an order if any terms or conditions have been broken this includes giveaways, discount and  promotions.

If you (the buyer) decide to cancel an order because you have changed your mind or made an error with your order, we reserve the right to decline a refund for the charges incurred in dispatching and returning the item/s as stipulated here in the the pre-contract terms and conditions. If the goods are faulty, we will pay for the costs of returning the item and refund the cost of the original standard delivery at the basic rate.

Extent of Liability:

Any worries regarding components should be investigated immediately and the product should not be worn until safety is confirmed by The Charm Box and/or MiMi Essentials Jewellerty personnel. In the instance of a product failing under normal warranty conditions, The Charm Box and/or MiMi Essentials Jewellery will endeavour to compensate you for the failed parts.
