💛 A Little Life Update 💛

Firstly, I wanted to apologise for the silence and lack of posts the last few days.

The truth is, life has been feeling a little overwhelming. Between managing chronic pain, anaemia, working far too many hours, and trying to keep all the plates spinning as a small business owner, mum, wife etc… I’ve completely run myself into the ground.

When you mix self-employment with chronic illness, there isn’t really a pause button. The work still needs doing, the marketing to convert sales is desperate, the emails still need answering, and sometimes I forget that I need to look after myself too.

Lately I’ve been so overtired that I’ve been giving myself panic attacks, which has been a bit of a wake-up call that I need to slow down for a moment and put my health first. It’s hard to slow down when you need your business to succeed.

I’m incredibly grateful to have this opportunity. It genuinely means more than you know to have the opportunity to be self employed.

Thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding while I navigate this chapter. 💕
